Refund policy

As soon as you place an order, our team immediately prepares for final production and delivery.  Therefore, once you place your order and payment has been processed, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. Any changes made to your order could delay production and delivery. (All order changes /modifications are subject to a $25 fee).

We do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with our product once it is delivered to you, we are here to help and will do everything within reason to make sure your new Workhorse smoker is to your satisfaction. Every smoker must pass a thorough quality control inspection before leaving our shop.
