Workhorse Pits freight is delivered by a third-party carrier and delivery is made to the closest safe and reasonably accessible point at the delivery address.
Delivery does not include moving, positioning, or relocating the smoker to its final cooking location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible to the carrier and appropriate for a commercial delivery vehicle. Gravel or unpaved roads, steep grades, narrow roads or driveways, low-clearance areas, restricted truck access, gated communities, remote locations, or other delivery challenges may result in additional carrier charges or modified delivery arrangements.
